You may qualify for a $10,000 grant under the First Home Owner Grant (New Homes) scheme if you purchase date was on or after 1/01/2016.
Provides eligible first home buyers with a grant of $25,000 to build a new home where the contract is signed between 4/06/20 and 31/12/20.
Construction must commence within three months of the contract date.
You may be eligible
for exemptions or concessions on transfer duty under the First Home Buyers Assistance scheme ie:
A full exemption if the value of the new home is less than $800,000 and; a concession if the value of your new home is between $800,000 and $1,000,000.
The First Home Loan Deposit Scheme is an Australian Government initiative to support eligible first home buyers purchase their first home sooner.
Under the Scheme, eligible first home buyers can purchase a modest home with a deposit with as little as 5% (lenders criteria also apply).
